Refund & Return Policy – Zyra Bags
At Zyra Bags, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer an easy return and refund policy for our fashion products (women’s wallets and sling handbags).
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Reasons for Return
You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- There is a size or color mismatch in your order
- The product is not as described
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
- Tags, boxes, or original packaging are missing
- The return request is made after the return window
- Item was purchased during clearance or final sale (if marked non-returnable)
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund approval will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Pickup & Reverse Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return pickup is free.
- For other approved returns, a small reverse shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
Exchange Option
- We offer replacement/exchange, subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

- Share product photos and the reason for the return
- Our team will approve and arrange pickup or guide you on the next steps
